Land Acknowledgement

Farrah's work is done on sacred land which is stationed upon the traditional unceded territories of the Wendat, Haudenosaunee, the Anishinabeg, and the Mississaugas of the Credit. These territories is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg allied nations to share for the lands around the Great Lakes.
These Nations are the past, present and future caretakers of this land named Tkaronto, whose colonial name is Toronto. As a settler, Farrah is grateful to have the opportunity to work on this territory.

Farrah thanks native-land.ca for sharing this knowledge.
